This place was fantastic. One of my tires blew out while I was driving from New York to Atlanta. Luckily, I happened to be near this tire shop. I was worried they were going to try to convince me to change all four of my tires and charge me an exorbitant price. However, instead, I was serviced by an incredibly honest and helpful man. He told me I only had to replace one tire and charged less than $85. He was ready to have the car back on the road within an hour. Unfortunately, he later discovered the rim was cracked and, looking out for my safety, told me it was unsafe to drive. He fixed the rim for $200 (a new rim would have been 12000) and had the car ready to go the next day. Throughout the experience, he was honest, super kind, and helpful. He explained everything to me, and I felt he was really looking out for me. Never did it feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. The car now drives good as new with the rim and tire fixed. It was quick, easy, and cheap. I would highly recommend this shop if you run into any tire trouble in Charlotte.
